Overview:

Our team is currently in a phase of accelerating operational efficiency across the entire company. We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-engineer inefficient processes that hinder business growth. By leveraging data analysis and technical insights, you will identify bottlenecks and drive the creation of new, sustainable workflows. You will play a strategic role in driving business transformation, taking full ownership of operational improvements and contributing directly to the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and map business processes across all departments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Deep-dive into data to identify operational trends and develop data-backed roadmaps for process improvement.

  • Requirements Definition & Implementation: Translate business needs into clear system requirements and actively drive the implementation of enhanced solutions.

  • Process Architecture: Design and maintain efficient, scalable business workflows and documentation structures that serve as the single source of truth for the organization.

  • Proactive Reporting: Take ownership of project status, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and communicate proactively with management before issues escalate.

  • Provide Administrative Support & Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Business Process Improvement department's objectives.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, independently, identify challenges, and propose/execute effective solutions without needing constant supervision.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free work. Must demonstrate a proactive “Self-QA” process before submission.

  • Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization) with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss complex topics clearly and constructively with stakeholders across all departments.

  • Eagerness to quickly learn new software/tools and integrate them into existing business workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT) to assist with data analysis, scripting, and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in application development or system engineering (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting/programming languages).

  • Proficiency in Google Apps Script (GAS) for task automation and workflow integration.

  • Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ERP system integration.

  • Experience with business process mapping and documentation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
