Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is a public accounting firm serving clients across Nebraska and several surrounding states, providing local expertise supported by the resources of a multi-office organization. We deliver comprehensive services including general tax, audit, accounting, management consulting, estate planning, financial planning, and several other services, while building long-term relationships that support our clients’ growth and financial well-being.


We are looking for a Firm Administrator to guide the daily operations of our firm. 


What You’ll Do


Firm Operations & Administration
• Lead office operations and process improvements.
• Assist the Managing Partner on strategy and special projects.
• Supervision of Internal Accounting and Human Resources departments
• Collaborate with IT and Marketing departments


Finance & Internal Accounting
• Supervision of the firm’s time/billing and collection processes.
• Oversee CPE administration and license renewals.
• Prepare key financial reports.
• Manage 401(k) processes and audit support.


Human Resources
• Support compensation, benefits, and policy compliance.
• Develop and deliver related staff training.
• Handle sensitive HR and employee relations matters.
• Stay current on HR laws and provide guidance to leadership.


Technology 
• Partner with IT in accessing needs, planning and implementation.
• Develop and deliver training related to IT.


Marketing & Business Development
• Assist with developing, executing and maintaining the marketing plan and brand consistency.
• Coordinate marketing materials, digital content, and advertising.
• Manage community involvement and public-facing communications.


What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; collaborative mindset.
