Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and staff
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Mentor and supervise nursing staff to maintain excellence in patient care
  • Assist with care planning, case management, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Homecare Homebase EMR experience strongly preferred
  • Previous home health or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care

Payrate: $85,000 to $95,000 per year
