Basic responsibilities:
Program Development & Growth
- Serves as a liaison and community connection with business and industry personnel, stakeholders, teams, and Opportunity Services.
- Cultivates pipelines for client referrals within the community.
- Develops and builds relationships with employers and area businesses.
Caseload Management
- Maintains an ongoing caseload of OS Supported Employment clients
- Assists clients with identifying their own unique abilities, vocational potential and develop existing skills to gain and maintain meaningful employment
- Provides job specific instruction and supports including the use of adaptive technology, requesting reasonable accommodations, and hands on coaching as necessary
Staff Supervision
- Provide leadership and direction for assigned staff
- Monitor and provide recommendations for HR functions including hiring, growth and advancement, disciplinary action, and termination.
- Oversee daily staffing operations including scheduling, payroll, training, situational support and feedback.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry funding sources and associated compliance requirements
- Complete all assigned responsibilities by the designated due dates.
- Maintain all documents and files according to organizational practices
- Ensure data privacy and HIPAA standards are upheld in all communications and documentation
Salary, hours and work location:
- The starting salary is $55,000-$65,000 per year based on previous experience and education.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday daytime hours, but occasional evenings and weekend hours may be required.
- Primary office located in Coon Rapids, MN
- The region covered will be northern Minneapolis/St. Paul suburbs

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus one year of related work experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, torque, grasp lightly, use fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, and reach above shoulders, repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to self-manage day-to-day tasks with minimal direct supervision
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
