This Visual Designer, Senior is responsible for creating interfaces for in-house-developed applications, and Owner, crew, and employee-facing programs to enhances the experiences each of these user groups. This role must translate the vision of the UX Designer, and interpret the strategy, to create and on-brand design that engages the user. This individual should be able to take established brand guidelines, and translate design across digital touchpoints. They will partner with the UX Director, Creative Director, and Copywriters on executions of projects. They should have strong problem solving skills and be detail-oriented. This role will work successfully with other members of the marketing and technology teams to produce high-quality assets that best represent our brand and meet NetJets’ visual standards. In addition, this individual will act as a liason between the marketing and technology teams to provide visibility to both teams.
- Develop, create, revise, and produce designs for NetJets branded digital properties, including the app crewmember interfaces, employee internal systems, website, and more. Work with the UX Director, Creative Director, Copywriters, Developers, and marketing team Art Directors to understand expectations for final output.
- Concept, and create presentations on the visualization of future projects for executive review.
- Experience in digital art creative development and production
- Strong background in creative design and production for print and web
- Must have exceptional typography and layout skills as well as a familiarity with print material preparation
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Expertise with full Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
