Sr. Director Business Strategy

The Sr. Director of Business Strategy is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the Strategic Growth Plan of KOMAN Holdings (KH), its subsidiaries, and Joint Ventures (JV) partnerships to meet or exceed the Natives of Kodiak (NOK) Strategic Plan. Together with Sr. Management of KH continually adjust/evaluate strategic growth objectives to meet the changing market trends, administration changes and NOK requirements. The Sr. Director of Business Strategy will staff and manage a department of business development and proposal support personnel adequate to meet the KH Strategic Growth Plan. The Sr. Director of Business Strategy will manage selling general and administrative (Selling G&A) budgets across KH and ensure a proper return on investment for all growth-related expenditures.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops, Implements and Manages KH Strategic Growth Plan
  • Analyze market dynamics, market share changes, and competitive intelligence.
  • Identifies key capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify strategic risks.
  • Collaborates with leadership, special committees, and consultants to execute strategies.
  • Communicates growth strategy effectively throughout the company.
  • Ensures suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
  • Establishes company growth objectives, develops strategic plans, and identifies company strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability, in concert with other top management members.
  • Other duties as requested.

Education:

  • Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of executive experience.
  • 20 years or more of strategic growth experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Available to travel.
