Main Objective:

In this role, you will support our centralized team in Tulsa, OK by managing key operational processes that drive study opportunity evaluation, site readiness, and cross-functional execution. You will help improve workflows, coordinate internal teams, track expansion activity, and ensure opportunities move efficiently from assessment to launch. This position is ideal for a manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and can bring structure, accountability, and operational follow-through to a growing organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows related to study opportunity assessment, site readiness, and expansion activity across DelRicht sites.
  • Track pipeline activity, operational milestones, and partner follow-up to help ensure timely movement of opportunities through the process.
  • Prepare and share weekly updates on expansion activity, open opportunities, and operational progress for leadership review.
  • Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to support alignment on priorities, timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Help develop and improve internal processes that support feasibility workflows, expansion planning, and operational execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, study opportunities, and next steps to support visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Assist with partner-facing materials, capability summaries, and other operational content used to support study opportunities.
  • Identify process gaps, escalate risks when needed, and help remove barriers that could delay execution.
  • Support the transition of new opportunities from early assessment through startup by coordinating stakeholders and keeping deliverables on track.
  • Contribute to a consistent, organized, and scalable approach to expansion operations across the organization



Skills Needed to Succeed:

  • Required: 3 to 7 years of professional work experience
  • Required: 2 to 5 years of management experience 
  • Required: Exceptional organizational skills
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Preferred:Healthcare, clinical research, or patient-facing operations experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience in fast-paced, service-driven environments such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, logistics, or other multi-location operations is a plus
  • Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted.
