B.H. Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT is looking to hire a full-time experienced and certified Trackhoe Operator Foreman to join our utility construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of equipment.
This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility.
As an experienced Trackhoe Operator Foreman, you will earn $29 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start, paid weekly. The schedule for this position varies but is typically Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). QUALIFICATIONS
Good experience with construction practices and a proven ability to safely operate trackhoes and various other heavy equipment
Demonstrated experience or deep familiarity with digging around live utilities and/or working on gas utility projects
Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to strictly follow safety procedures and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3 years of trackhoe operation experience & crew foreman experience
