This is a high-visibility leadership role overseeing janitorial services for a premier manufacturing client.
Location: Tobaccoville, NC 27050 (100% On-site)
Pay: Competitive Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Typical hours 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM); Weekend flexibility required for team support.
Requirements: 2+ years of Supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word), and a valid Driver’s License.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Facility Supervisor, you are the engine that keeps our Janitorial and Custodial operations running at "Gold Level" standards across 22 acres of manufacturing space.
Active Leadership: Spend your day on the floor, not behind a desk. You will oversee and motivate a team of 40+ employees across three shifts.
Operational Excellence: Conduct daily high-visibility audits of Janitorial cleanliness, ensuring restrooms and production areas meet elite standards.
Strategic Scheduling: Master our scheduling and attendance tracking (using Dayforce and Excel) to ensure 100% coverage, even with last-minute client requests.
Client Relations: Be the face of The Budd Group for our facility partners, translating their needs into actionable plans for your Custodial team.
