Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.
  • Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
  • Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START–STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
  • Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with cycle time analysis, process flow, and workstation efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools such as Yamazumi Charts, Pareto analysis, and Spaghetti Diagrams.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics principles and workplace motion analysis.
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for technical reporting and visual analysis.
