Job Summary:

Join The Breakers front-of-house team and be part of a new and existing restaurants that offer elevated service and unforgettable guest experience. We are currently hiring for various positions including Cocktail Servers, Bartenders, Food Server Assistants, and Hosts. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously (Host)

- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards (Bartender)

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (Cocktail Server)

- Assist servers and bartenders with table maintenance, food delivery, and guest needs (Food Server Assistant)

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and guest areas

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience


Qualifications:

- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
