We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Order Picker.

Position Overview

This hands-on role is essential to our daily operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing restaurant seafood orders, loading them onto the delivery truck, completing on-time deliveries to our restaurant clients, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack restaurant seafood orders accurately and efficiently
Load orders onto the delivery truck in a safe and organized manner
Deliver seafood orders to local restaurants on time and in excellent condition
Represent Newport Lobster Company professionally when interacting with restaurant staff
Perform end-of-day warehouse cleaning and organization
Follow all food safety and handling guidelines
Communicate any delivery issues or order discrepancies to management promptly

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order specifications
Prior warehouse, delivery, or seafood industry experience is a plus but not required
