Summary: The Office Supervisor oversees daily administrative and office operations within a bakery manufacturing facility. Role ensures efficient office workflow, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between administrative staff and plant departments such as production, quality, warehouse, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support office and administrative staff
- Coordinate daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, payroll, and purchasing
- Serve as a liaison between office staff and plant operations
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, reports, and internal documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping, and employee records
- Assist with compliance documentation related to food safety, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Bilingual is a plus!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an office supervisory or administrative leadership role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
