RN Unit Manager

We’re seeking a strong and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. If you’re a natural motivator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily patient care and nursing operations

• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to uphold quality standards

• Drive QAPI and continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote a safe, positive, and compassionate environment

What You Bring

• Active RN license (state of practice)

• 5+ years nursing experience, 1+ year in leadership

• Strong clinical and regulatory knowledge

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• LTC experience preferred

• CPR/BLS certified
