Job Mission

The AI Director is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the organization’s AI vision and execution. You will

define the enterprise-wide AI roadmap, manage budget, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative

solutions that provide a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term AI strategy that aligns with the broader business goals, ensuring AI is a value-driver, not just a cost center.
  
  
• Program Management: Oversee the entire portfolio of AI projects, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and identifying potential project risks early.
  
  
• Technical Governance: Set the standards for data platforms, ML architectures, and engineering best practices across the enterprise.
  
  
• Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, AI Specialists, and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
  
  
• Ethics & Compliance: Lead the "Responsible AI" initiative, ensuring all models are ethical, unbiased, and compliant with evolving data privacy regulations.
  
  
• Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the C-suite, communicating the ROI and strategic impact of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within data, analytics, or AI domains.
  
  
• Strategic Track Record: Proven success in building AI programs from the ground up and managing large-scale enterprise change.
  
  
• Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of ML, cloud architectures, data governance frameworks, and analytics platforms.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
