Do you believe that the people who care for children deserve just as much support as the children themselves? At Because Children Matter, that belief is at the heart of everything we do and this role puts you right at the center of it.
At Noah's Place, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing space to grow, learn, and thrive. We're looking for a warm, skilled Child Development Specialist. You will be a trusted coach, trainer, and partner to Family Child Care Providers and Center-Based programs across Los Angeles County. You'll show up in their spaces, learn what they need, and help them deliver the kind of warm, developmentally rich care that gives young children the best possible start in life.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who lights up when they can share their knowledge, lift up the people around them, and see the direct impact of their work on children and families in the community.
