About the Role:
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join the team at Guernsey Dairy.
The Guernsey Dairy is a Trading Asset responsible to the States of Guernsey through the States’ Trading Supervisory Board. The Guernsey Dairy is the sole processor of fresh liquid milk on the Island and produces a wide range of additional milk-products with an annual turnover of £11 million.
The Health and Safety Coordinator’s core responsibility relates to the effective management, implementation and continual improvement of Guernsey Dairy’s health and safety systems, policy and processes.
The post holder is required to communicate and engage with staff at all levels across the business to promote a positive approach to staff wellbeing and the development of the health and safety culture.
