Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Educate residents and families on proper care techniques and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or basic care/assisted living setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask .
