We are seeking a full‑time Limited Licensed Condominium Manager to work on‑site, five days a week, at a stand‑alone condominium community in Stoney Creek. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about providing excellent service to residents and Boards. You will work under the direct supervision of a General Licensed Condominium Manager who will provide ongoing guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
Working under the supervision of a General Licensed Condominium Manager, you will:
Administrative & Meeting Support (heavy emphasis)
- Organize and attend Board meetings; record and prepare minutes
- Assist in organizing and chairing annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings (some evenings required)
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and correspondence for the condominium corporation
- Support communication between residents, Board members, contractors, and vendors
Site & Operational Duties
- Be present on site five days per week to support day‑to‑day operations of the stand‑alone condominium
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare monthly manager reports
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities, service requests, and contractor performance
Financial & Project Coordination
- Assist in drafting the annual operating and reserve fund budgets
- Administer financial matters including reviewing, coding, and tracking invoices
- Support the General Licensed Manager in managing projects, emergencies, and contracts
