Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting daily operational and systems-related issues that occur with all Fulfillment customers, including those related to Service Level Agreements.
What you will do in this role:
- Review late-order dashboards, emails and reports daily to resolve issues and meet Service Level Agreements for all Fulfillment customers
- Function as the primary point of contact for Customer Service, Sales and IT to resolve day-to-day customer facing issues.
- Work closely with Corporate Operations and individual DCs to ensure shipping in a timely manner, shipping according to individual customer requirements, and that all Customer SLAs are being met
- Work to keep compliance chargebacks to a minimum and customer satisfaction at a maximum by managing Service Level Agreement adherence across all Fulfillment customer accounts.
- Act as a liaison between Accounting and Inside Sales to ensure all Fulfillment customer(s) A/R are being kept as clean as possible at all times
- Coordinate with both Sales and Upper Management to enforce MAP compliance
- Coordinate with Sales and Product Management to execute inventory reserves for key customers and promotions
- Perform ad hoc reporting as needed.
