About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Financial and Business Analysis: Support business growth by providing financial insights and analysis; conduct monthly financial and business reviews to identify trends and support decision-making.

Budgeting and Review: Execute annual budgeting and perform monthly reviews in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Contract Review: Examine contracts from a financial perspective to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.

Financial Reporting: Coordinate with headquarters and auditors to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), meeting both global and local requirements.

Financial Systems and Process Improvement: Optimize financial systems and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency; drive continuous improvement in accounting and financial management procedures.

Additional Tasks: Collaborate with headquarters on other finance and accounting-related initiatives as required.

Requirements:

Based in Penang; proficient in English.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in professional auditing or the real estate industry.

In-depth understanding of financial processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proactive, self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven.
