Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator – Memory Care

Kingsway Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment/Activities Coordinator to join our Memory Care team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enriching the lives of individuals living with dementia through meaningful engagement and connection.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Day Shift

Pay Range: $16.09 - $21.82 (Starting wage based on years of relevant experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead group and 1:1 activities tailored to Memory Care residents


• Create engaging programs that provide physical, cognitive, and sensory stimulation


• Encourage resident participation while adapting to individual abilities and needs


• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members


• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


• Document participation and maintain activity records


• Assist during meal times, special events, outings, and daily activity setup/cleanup

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: Experience in activities/life enrichment within a Memory Care setting


• Passion for working with individuals living with dementia


• Calm, patient, and caring demeanor


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Creative, flexible, and team-oriented
