Job Description

Position Summary: The batch posting specialist is responsible for being a subject matter expert with all batch tickets printed, and ensuring that finished goods are reconciled and documented in an efficient, timely, and compliant manner meeting all FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA, contract customer, and SAP policies



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Communicates with Team Lead(s) to see which finished goods pallet(s) need to be reconciled

  • Checks each batch ticket at the end of production for any specific details or special requirements needed in the BOM notes to reconcile materials or close out a finished goods pallet (ex. Partial boxes)

  • Assures that Team Lead(s), and operator(s) properly returned raw material(s) used on a production line

  • Complies with all current good documenting practices and procedures, as well as meeting all FDA, GMP and internal quality policies

  • Communicates any improper documenting procedure(s) to production supervisor and manager when necessary

  • Reconciles batch ticket raw materials using different math formulas and functions

  • Performs necessary investigations when there is a raw material reconciliation difference

  • Ensures raw materials get returned back to inventory efficiently and compliant manner, both physically and electronically

  • Ensures that all non-conformances for raw materials, and finished goods are documented and reported to supervisor when necessary

  • Meets daily and monthly batch posting goals without needing constant supervision

  • Other duties may be assigned.
