The Part-Time Listing Operations Digital Asset Associate operates within a dynamic team environment at the Manhattan, KS office. The primary responsibility of this role is for bulk processing of images, videos and documents. This includes assigning digital assets to items, selecting images for cropping, assigning image sub-types, bulk cropping of images and uploading digital assets into and out of the Digital Asset Management and Inventory Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Ensure all submissions are handled in a timely manner and item images stings meet quality standards for digital asset presentation. This includes, cropping, ordering, item assignment, image sub-type assignment and video edits for display on purplewave.com.
Compliance: Review and assess contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Team Engagement: Actively participate in team discussions, triage daily work and adhering to department working agreements.
Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a dependable and reliable team environment.
Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or GED required.
Proficiency in using various software and computer technologies.
Proficient with team dynamics, including the ability to work collaboratively in a team structure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
Requires the ability to successfully complete a background check.

Working Settings:

Part-time hourly employee eligible for overtime.
Preferred minimum 20 hours per week, schedule to be determined in agreement with the manager during Purple Wave’s office hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Based in the Purple Wave headquarters in Manhattan, KS.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access various departments of a given location.

Compensation:

Hourly rate $14.00 per hour per hour and is paid bi-weekly.
Monthly Bonus Program at 50% level - determined by the Company’s monthly revenue result and are paid on a “percent to plan” payout formula (90% = $150, 100% = $300, 110% = $450, 120% = $600).
401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
1 Week of PTO annually (details shared during onboarding).
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) - Eligible to purchase company stock at a discount after 5 months of employment (more details shared during onboarding).
