Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Ayala Avenue, Makati. This role is 100% onsite and focused on end-to-end recruitment for international markets. The position is a 100% voice-based role, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain job postings across international job boards

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates

• Conduct voice-based recruitment activities

• Facilitate onboarding of hired applicants

• Coordinate closely with onshore clients and internal stakeholders
   

Qualifications / Must-Haves:

• At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience OR 1 year required for SHS graduates or college undergraduates, preferred

• Excellent English communication skills

• Stable and relevant work history

• Willing to go 100% onsite in Ayala Ave., Makati
