In this role, you will…

  • Gather, analyze, validate, and clearly communicate business, functional, and quality-of-service requirements for assigned projects.
  • Evaluate information critically, reconciling inputs from multiple sources, breaking down high‑level concepts into actionable details, and distinguishing user requests from true underlying needs.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and product owners to ensure requirements align with business objectives, and support agile delivery teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to cost‑benefit analysis to help stakeholders make informed strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Participate in industry working groups or councils, leading discussions to define requirements for enhancements or changes to Fundserv standards and helpfile documentation.
  • Act as a thought leader, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping define best practices and methodologies for Business Analysis activities.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Use effective facilitation and presentation skills to articulate business problems and lead discussions with a broad range of stakeholders in a collaborative, working‑group environment.
  • Communicate with excellence—both verbally and in writing—and build strong professional relationships with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate requirements using multiple techniques—written, visual, and otherwise—tailored to the needs and preferences of the audience.
  • Solid understanding of Fundserv business processes, service offerings, customer operations and standards.
  • Understanding of various requirements analysis and modeling techniques.

The following is not required but will be a bonus:
