Job Description 

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and converting leads into booked events, group outings, birthday parties, corporate events, school functions, and attractions packages. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests interested in booking experiences and is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, accurate information, and timely follow-up to maximize revenue opportunities. 

 

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-driven, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner  

  • Work with Operations Team to ensure flawless execution for ALL events. This includes communication of any changes/updates to events and any specific needs for a successful event based on the guests expectations  

  • Provide client proposals in accordance with established policies and procedures  

  • Maintain records of activity to include appointments, calls made and business leads through the TripleSeat Platform 

  • Prepare proposals, mailings, emails blasts, correspondence, memos and letters  

  • Be in attendance to meet and follow up with the point of contact of any event that’s gross sales exceed $1000  

  • Develop relationships and partnerships to increase new business  

  • Design and implement programs to expand the customer base  

  • Explore social media opportunities to increase sales  

  • General Manager reserves the right to add or modify duties and/or responsibilities as needed  

  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills to assist with sales, including marketing and relationship building  

  • Closes all sales with continuous follow up on a daily basis
