Job Description:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department functions and duties
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)
Assist with recruitment: Source candidates, update our database, coordinate and perform interviews
Take care of the onboarding and offboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
