Sr Workato Developer1

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in integration development or iPaaS/automation platforms.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workato development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation and API orchestration.
  • Proven experience with AI Genie development, AI agents, or AI-driven workflow automation.
  • Strong expertise in building advanced Workato recipes, custom connectors, APIs, and SDK-based integrations.
  • Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and automation design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise automation strategy and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
  • Knowledge of LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models.
  • Workato certifications or relevant automation certifications.
