HR Specialist 人力资源专员

Location Xiamen, China

YOUR TASKS

  • 1 Evaluation and preparation of parameters related to human
    resources, processing of ad-hoc inquiries by the specialist departments and
    keeping statistics and being involved in the implementation of the company’s
    personnel-political strategies and concepts
  • 2 Involvement in human resources projects, implementation
    of the Hella instruments and tools for human resources as well as involvement
    in projects inside and outside the corporate division as well as in external
    projects if appropriate
  • 3 Advise superiors and employees in all HR issues including
    remuneration, if required in cooperation with the relevant units and experts
  • 4 Learning and development related projects, lead the
    training budget and training plan implementate
  • 4 Draw up personnel documents (references/reports, interim
    reports, certificates, transfer notifications etc.) and draw up and handle
    appropriate correspondence with internal and external units
  • 5 Update employment remuneration data in the system;
    specify data for the payroll accounting
  • 6 Coordinate and clarify individual matters of the
    personnel with the works council
  • 7 Implement personnel measures in coordination with the
    responsible manager as well as with the superior in critical cases

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 University degree related Human Resource/English major
  • 2 Fluent English, both oral and written. Capable to
    communicate in English with globule colleagues in daily work.
  • 3 Good data analysis skills and sensitive on data accuracy
  • 4 Good HR sense, like logical thinking, communication,
    confidential;
  • 5 Willing to learn new things
