Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing and corporate roles, supporting Calbee America’s continued growth.
This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while driving proactive sourcing strategies. This person will leverage strong cold outreach and LinkedIn expertise to build pipelines and fill critical roles in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles across plant and corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within the ATS (Dayforce)
- Drive offer process including approvals, negotiations, and closing candidates
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline activity)
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable employment laws
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, or high-volume environments
- Strong experience with cold outreach and candidate engagement strategies
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring goals
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS systems (Dayforce preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing or plant-based roles preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams preferred
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
