Main Responsibilities
1. Develops and implements sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the operational activities of a sales team within own area of responsibility.
2. Negotiates sales and terms with existing and new customers. Is responsible for the day-to-day client relationship management and development in own area of responsibility.
3. Prepares sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
4. Contributes to the development of sales, customer retention and pricing within own area of responsibility.
5. Responsible for delivering the targeted sales forecasts; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs, invoicing and receivables against forecasts. Maintain CRM database effectively.
6. Is responsible for the continuous learning, competencies and development orientation. Challenges employees to continuously improve key competencies.
Candidate should have worked with Construction Chemicals company like SIKA, FOSROC, MYK, PIDILITE and having experience in Sales of Admixture and Waterproofing product and having knowledge of Geographic location of Chandigarh Cluster.
Experience - 8-12 years
Qualification - Diploma/B.Tech Civil
