Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities for the company
- Prospect and explore potential customers’ insurance need in order to develop effective solutions and achieve business targets
- Provide market-leading service experience that includes, general enquiry, insurance coverage enquiries, complaint management and claim procedure for direct customers and key partners
- Provide day to day customer service support including conduct inbound and outbound service calls and related policy administration
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers
- Explore cross-selling opportunities, where appropriate
- Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries
- Maintaining professional and good image to customer on providing business services
- Support ad hoc job duties assigned by General Manager
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in business development with professional customer service skills, preferably in Insurance Industry
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficient skill in writing Chinese correspondence
- IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are preferred
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work independently, as well as good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
