JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and curious Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real marketing initiatives at one of the nation's leading electronics distributors while developing hands-on skills in marketing strategy, analytics, research, and content development.

Looking for a proactive, analytically minded student with a genuine interest in marketing, business, and data. The ideal candidate is:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • Interested in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or market research
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from research
  • A strong communicator — both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Canva or design tools is a plus
  • Curious, self-directed, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment

The Marketing Intern will take on meaningful, project-based work with measurable outcomes. Core responsibilities include:

2026 Co-Op Program Planning Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing Co-Op Managers to develop and refine the 2026 co-op marketing plan
  • Assist in mapping supplier program budgets, campaign calendars, and strategic priorities
  • Help build organizational frameworks and tracking tools to support co-op program execution

Research & Analytics Projects

The intern will execute a series of structured research projects (each approximately 5–7 business days), drawing on the types of projects completed by prior Heilind interns.
