About the Role:

The Private Equity Investor Relations Supervisor are integral members of dedicated client service teams. This role focuses on day-to-day client interaction. It requires thorough and precise work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Job Duties in Brief:

  • Supervision of work performed by Investor relations and senior investor relations specialists and assistance in performing key tasks as necessary i.e. ◦Review of subscription/transfer agreements,
  • Completing AML/KYC checks
  • Follow up with investors on missing documentation/overdue calls
  • Production and distribution of partner statements/capital calls/distributions and other correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records
  • Ensure maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned
  • Review and approval of Capital Call receipts and Distribution payments
  • Ensure appropriate handling of all investor and client queries
  • Participation in training team members
  • Ensuring adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports
  • Developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements

 

About You:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Financial Services primarily in the Private Equity sector preferred
  • Exposure to accounting and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated strong client relationship experience
  • People management / leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Investran knowledge is a plus
