As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Licensed Physical Therapist or new graduate with experience during clinical affiliations, treating Total Joint and general orthopedic patients in an outpatient clinic setting, including gait and balance rehabilitation, and managing major post-operative cases such as Rotator Cuff Repair and ACL Reconstruction.
Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
