Estimator needed to read blueprints on residential and commercial jobs and create a list of materials needed to complete the job. Candidate must be able to read blueprints, understand construction specifications, spans, loads, and roof pitch. Candidate must be able to generate a material list in a timely and accurate manner. Knowledge of building products is required.

High school education and construction experience
