Business Development Role

Alchemy Insurance Solutions, LLC is a specialty MGA focused on underwriting niche & customizable programs tailored to fit market needs and capacity demands. We offer a full suite of insurance services with a proven distribution strategy designed around long-term profitable growth.


Our associate may work with multiple departments performing a wide array of supportive tasks.
Reports to: Senior Manager – Business Development


Our ideal candidate:
• Experience working with and managing lists, preferably in Excel or a relational database
• Able to research subjects using internet and AI tools
• Effectively communicates verbally and in writing
• Is detail-oriented
• Experience with a customer relationship management tool a plus

Job Duties:
• Assist with outbound prospecting efforts, including drafting emails and LinkedIn outreach messages, as well as via phone
•  Track and update pipeline activity within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct market research on industry trends, target segments, and emerging opportunities
• Support preparation of client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and summaries
• Help coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and scheduling with prospective clients
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights on outreach effectiveness
• Maintain and organize internal sales resources, templates, and collateral
• Assist in post-call summaries and documentation of key client discussions
• Identify and research potential partnership or referral opportunities
• Support onboarding preparation for new clients, including documentation and data collection
• Monitor competitor activity and summarize notable changes in positioning or offerings
