Santa Lucia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.

What’s it like to be a caregiver at Santa Lucia?

On a typical day, you might:

• Provide transportation and supervision

• Model appropriate behaviors

• Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events

• Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle 

Qualifications:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.

• Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Available Shifts:

• Community Direct Support: Tuesday's and Saturday's from 12:00pm-5:00pm
• Community Direct Support: Wednesday or Thursday from 3:00pm-8:00pm
