Senior Process Engineer  - Innovation

Location: South Sioux City, NE (On-site)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead deep‑dive analysis of enterprise processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven methodologies to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, frontline teams, and Data Scientists to design modern, efficient, tech‑enabled processes.
  • Build clear process maps, simulations, and visual models that drive alignment and decision‑making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership with confidence.
  • Stay ahead of trends in automation, RPA, BPM, AI‑driven solutions, and process engineering.

What We Are Looking For:

  • PhD + 2 years, Master’s + 5 years, or Bachelor’s + 10 years in process optimization or a quantitative field.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, simulation, automation tools, and data visualization.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or modern BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand or learn the commercial transportation insurance space.
