Responsibilities:
*Serve meals and snacks in various dining locations, including demonstration cooking and point of-service made to order foods as requested.
*Handle and prepare food in a safe and sanitary manner, maintaining clean, organized and sanitary work areas.
*Operate equipment in a safe manner, observe and monitor temperatures of refrigeration units and report malfunctioning equipment.
Qualifications:
*Experience in commercial/volume food preparation is required.
*Serve-Safe certification is required.
