The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, inventory, shipping, and logistics for our manufacturing operations. This role is key to making sure our customers — from ecommerce shoppers to big-box retailers — get the right products, at the right time, every time.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations while driving process improvements and cost savings across the supply chain. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with experience in manufacturing logistics and retail compliance, this is your chance to make a big impact at a growing company.
What You’ll Do
Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effective, reliable material flow.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Optimize stock levels, enforce control systems, and lead audits to ensure accuracy.
Shipping & Receiving: Oversee ecommerce fulfillment and big-box retailer logistics, ensuring compliance with routing guides, labeling, and scheduling.
Supply Chain Planning: Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service to forecast demand and align operations.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage ERP systems and data analytics to streamline processes, cut costs, and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven success with big-box retailer compliance and ecommerce fulfillment
Strong ERP and Excel skills; experience with 5S/ISO 9001 is a plus
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in office and warehouse settings
Occasional travel required
