Description


Purpose


To provide comprehensive educational and clinical customer support to effectively implement VitalConnect’s solutions into customer sites.  Territory coverage: New England and New York.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting field personnel by providing onsite and virtual clinical education and training through presentations and demonstrations about merits and proper clinical usage of company products
  • Collaborating with various departments within customer organization to implement onsite clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of all technological devices
  • Educating customers on the merits, proper clinical procedures, and usages of clinical devices
  • Establishing and sustaining effective relationships with external customers while working with sales teams to drive clinical value
  • Developing and delivering a customized training and support plan for VCI solutions at customer sites. Ongoing customer support either in person or by phone/video conference
  • Submitting detailed documentation while onsite at customer accounts within designated time frame
  • Maintaining product knowledge as product operations and/or features change
  • Assisting in various internal projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Willing and able to travel up to 75%
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work independently or as a team player in cross-functional projects
  • Extensive judgement and experience to plan and accomplish goals
  • Friendly and approachable presence; enjoys developing relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Passion for making a positive change in people’s lives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Degree in nursing or related field preferred; valid unrestricted nursing license issued within the U.S.
  • Certification from an accredited cardiac training program or a minimum of 2+ years in cardiac related training
  • Prior or current critical care or telemetry experience
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ECG rhythm interpretation

Salary & Benefits


The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $60,750 - 67,500. * The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
