1-800-Radiator & A/C of Mount Vernon is looking for a customer sales representative to start immediately. You will answer calls from customers, help them identify the part they need, and arrange for the sale, delivery and payment for the part. You'll also fix incorrect orders and orders where the part breaks after it's installed.
This job is in person in our Mount Vernon warehouse. We're looking for people that can work either part time or full time up to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer calls from customers looking to buy parts, including figuring out who they are, the vehicle they are repairing, and the part that is needed to repair the car
- Schedule delivery of purchased parts, including asking customer for payment method, hours of shop / store, and their location
- Make outbound follow-up calls to convert people who called for a quote into a sale today
- Share customer complaints with your manager and team to improve customer service
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to operate a computer and bluetooth headset
- Ability to work with a team of people
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in call center environment
- Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket business, especially prior work experience in automotive retail or wholesale environments
Available shifts:
- 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 1:00pm to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 2:30pm Saturdays
You must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts each week.
