Purpose: The Volunteer (MK) is the adult child of Novo staff and has been asked to serve at Novo events, participate in global outreach, or on ministry trips.
Qualifications: The Volunteer (MK) must have an active, personal relationship with Jesus, relevant history with Novo, and be in a healthy place on their own MK journey.
Applicant Process:
- Complete a volunteer application
- Complete a background check and child safely training (if applicable)
- Complete an onboarding event and sign adherence to Novo volunteer guidelines
- Acknowledge agreement with Novo's Basic Beliefs and Biblical Convictions
