Position Title: Junior Application Support Analyst

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent
experience required.
Previous Work Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience supporting, optimizing, or maintaining ERP applications in a
manufacturing environment preferred, Global Shop Systems experience a plus.
• 1–2 years of database or application support experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint — site creation, permissions management,
and content administration preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting, developing, and maintaining custom flows using Power
Automate preferred.
• Experience with custom report or dashboard development using Crystal Reports or Power BI
preferred.
• Familiarity with API integrations or cross-platform system connectivity desired.
• Application programming experience a plus (C#, C++, VB, or Python)
• Three years' related experience is required for Supervisor.
