SUMMARY:

Maintains a safe, clean working environment for team members and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans the service and customer areas
•          Assist with cleaning the sidewalks, removing debris as necessary
•          Empties and cleans trash receptacles inside facilities.
•          Ensure that light fixtures, ice machines, etc., are operational.
•          Communicate when supplies are needed and ensure that they are ordered and well-stocked.
•          Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations
•          Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection
•          Perform monthly inspections of the eye wash station, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
•          Monthly scheduled replacement of facility HVAC filters.
•          Monthly sanitation & cleaning of ice machines.
•          Complete daily, weekly, and monthly needed or assigned campus grounds keeping duties.
•          Other various projects or needs are assigned by managers as needed.
•          Must have the ability to work in exposed weather conditions at times.
