Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Full-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and help drive the continued growth of the business. This is a leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands how to increase sales, build repeat business, motivate staff, and create a strong guest experience.
This position is focused on active floor leadership, team development, marketing involvement, and operational performance—not back-office management.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000 annually
- Quarterly bonus tied to sales growth and labor cost management
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Nights and weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations across dining room, bar, patio, and private events
- Manage, train, schedule, and develop a FOH team of approximately 15 staff members
- Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and operational consistency
- Build guest relationships and help drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Work closely with ownership to increase sales volume and overall business performance
- Assist in developing and executing promotions, themed nights, entertainment, and special events
- Contribute to restaurant marketing initiatives and social media engagement
- Monitor labor costs, staff performance, and operational efficiency
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively

This is not a back-office role. We are looking for a visible, energetic leader who is actively involved in the day-to-day guest and staff experience and committed to helping grow the business.
