Family Support Program Manager

Hybrid | Full-Time | Licensed Clinician

Lead with purpose. Support families. Grow a team that matters.

Autism Delaware is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional who’s ready to step into a meaningful leadership role supporting families impacted by autism across the state.

This is not a high-volume clinical position — it’s a people-centered leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, improving systems, collaborating with community partners, and leading with compassion.

Why You’ll Want This Role

  • 🧠 Lead a dedicated team doing impactful, family-driven work
  • 🏡 Hybrid and flexible — balance in-office connection with remote work
  • 🌱 Supportive, trauma-informed workplace culture
  • 🏖 Four weeks paid time off, plus holidays
  • 💙 Health & wellness benefits
  • 📈 Opportunity to shape programs, policies, and practice

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers
  • Support staff growth through coaching, training, and mentorship
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide
  • Represent Autism Delaware in collaborative and systems-level meetings
  • Help strengthen services for families navigating autism supports

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar)
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Knowledge of autism and family support systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace

Lived experience parenting a child with autism is welcomed.

Our Mission

At Autism Delaware, our mission is simple and powerful:
To help people and families affected by autism.

We believe the best support starts with how we treat each other — with kindness, professionalism, and care.
