Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

You'll keep materials moving safely and accurately to ensure smooth production and on-time orders.

What you'll do

• Receive, sort, and store materials; maintain accurate inventory.
• Loading/unloading of trailers
• Put Away or Pulling of materials to and from warehouse racking
• Supply production with materials needed
• Pick/pack orders to spec; stage outbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (reach truck/stand-up forklift, pallet jacks) per safety protocols.
• Keep aisles, racks, and staging areas organized and audit-ready.
• Use basic WMS tools for transactions and tracking.

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of verified reach truck (stand-up forklift) experience - required.
• Proven record of safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs.
• Attention to detail; accurate counting, labeling, and documentation.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 lbs. occasionally and be on your feet during 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with warehouse management software/use of RF Scanner/basic computer knowledge-email
• Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule

Rotational 12-hour shifts | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off

• Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
• Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (preference given to night candidates)

Compensation

Starting pay is $20.96 - $21.40 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential.
